UT Tyler Simplifies Campus Facilities Operations

The University of Texas at Tyler, a public research university with about 10,000 students, needed a better way to manage facilities across its 320-acre campus and more than 40 buildings. During a leadership change, the university found its old workplace management solution was no longer meeting its needs for preventive maintenance, work orders, vendor management, and space-related requests, so it turned to Nuvolo and its Connected Workplace platform.

Nuvolo implemented Work Order Management and Vendor Management capabilities to automate preventive maintenance by zone, route service requests to the right technicians, and centralize contractor oversight.
