STACK EMEA – Nordics Brings Its Data Center Maintenance Processes Onto One Platform

STACK Infrastructure, specifically its STACK EMEA Nordics team, needed a better way to manage mission-critical data center maintenance across multiple Nordic sites. With separate systems for facilities and change management, technicians were duplicating work, communication was fragmented, and it was harder to meet compliance requirements such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Nuvolo Connected Workplace, built on ServiceNow, was brought in to consolidate asset and maintenance management onto one platform.

With Nuvolo, STACK standardized workflows for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, approvals, and vendor work, while centralizing data across more than 3,000 assets and over 1,000 work orders per month. The result was improved technician productivity, better uptime visibility, more accurate and consistent data, lower costs from avoiding duplicate visits and failures, and easier oversight of external contractors. Nuvolo also gave STACK a scalable foundation for future growth as it expands new sites.
