North American Football operates one of the largest, most modern U.S. sports arenas hosting up to 65,000 fans and faced the challenge of reliably maintaining thousands of assets, running event-by-event space inspections, tracking utilities and waste for a zero-waste goal, and eliminating paper-based processes. To meet these needs they deployed Nuvolo’s facilities management software starting in August 2018.

Nuvolo implemented a mobile, digital solution that segments the stadium into sub-spaces, generates automated pre- and post-event inspection work orders with color-coded status on a real-time dashboard, tracks dump-tons of waste by material and month and monitors utilities and asset usage for preventive maintenance. The Nuvolo system produces corrective work orders instantly, reduces paper and manual effort, minimizes unplanned downtime and unnecessary maintenance spend, and provides measurable waste and utility reporting to support the arena’s zero-waste and operational-efficiency goals.
