High Tech Government Agency, a 11,000+ employee organization charged with keeping the public informed, needed to modernize data center facilities and asset management after relying on disparate spreadsheets that made work orders, preventive maintenance tracking, and reporting inaccurate. Already using ServiceNow ITSM for IT assets, they chose Nuvolo — deploying Nuvolo Maintenance Management on the ServiceNow platform — to bring facilities asset tracking and work order management onto a single, modern platform.

Nuvolo implemented a phased rollout starting at three data centers, updating inventory and automating preventive maintenance for thousands of mission‑critical assets (access control, electrical, fire suppression, HVAC) with an online portal and mobile app for technicians, floor‑map asset locations, and automated scheduling.
