nuVizz worked with Bayer, a leading global provider of agricultural products, to address inefficiencies in its distribution network. The company was reliant on a manual, paper-based system for tracking deliveries, which was prone to errors and delays. This process hindered operational efficiency and negatively impacted customer satisfaction.

The solution implemented was the nuVizz network-based delivery platform with a mobile app for drivers. This provided real-time visibility of deliveries, digital capture of proof-of-delivery, and automated backend billing. The results included streamlined operations, reduced paperwork, and fewer errors. Following a successful pilot, the nuVizz solution was deployed across 9 distribution centers and used by over 700 drivers, leading to improved customer satisfaction scores.
