Joint collaborations drive the success of Nuvei-CentralReach partnership

CentralReach, a provider of applied behavior analysis software for the developmental disabilities sector, needed to move a targeted segment of customers from legacy payment gateways to a modern payments acceptance solution. To meet that challenge they partnered with Nuvei to upgrade clients onto Nuvei’s integrated payments platform and related services (including next-day funding and Card Account Updater).

Nuvei implemented custom merchant pricing, automated merchant applications, a full marketing toolkit and joint campaigns to streamline onboarding and demonstrate the benefits of its integrated payments technology. Over an eight-month effort Nuvei and CentralReach targeted 229 organizations, successfully onboarding 140 (a 61% conversion rate), including 39 clinics during an April 2020 push—resulting in faster deposits, improved security and more efficient payments processing for CentralReach customers.
