AnyDesk, the Stuttgart-based remote desktop software provider serving more than 200,000 customers worldwide, needed to improve slow checkout experiences and processing efficiency as it expanded globally. To better support customers across the U.S., Brazil, Europe, and Hong Kong, the company looked for a payments partner with stronger localized acquiring and broader alternative payment method coverage. Nuvei was brought in to help address these challenges.
Nuvei implemented localized acquiring and a comprehensive APM platform for AnyDesk, including region-specific payment options such as ACH in the U.S. and Boleto and PIX in Brazil, along with cross-border processing support. The result was faster, more efficient checkouts and stronger payment performance, including a 35% increase in sales from local acquiring efforts in Brazil. Nuvei also helped AnyDesk maintain stable authorization rates and prepare for expansion into Mexico, Colombia, and India.
