Feeding America, the largest hunger-relief organization in the U.S., faced costly, labor-intensive chargeback management caused largely by duplicate transactions and non‑integrated systems. Working with EveryAction and Nuvei, the nonprofit sought a chargeback management automation solution to stop duplicates, reduce manual reconciliation, and improve the donor experience.

Nuvei implemented an integrated chargeback automation platform that linked the fundraising software, CRM and payment gateway, added duplicate-prevention and notification rules, used templates to auto-populate dispute responses, and assigned transaction IDs for end-to-end reconciliation.
