Eclectic Music is an Atlanta-based community music school serving students from toddlers to adults. When COVID-19 hit in March 2020—and Executive Director Jennifer Acker herself fell ill—the school had to suspend in-person programming and urgently pivot while also grappling with a separate technology crisis when their previous CRM, Highrise, stopped integrating with Gmail.

They moved lessons to Zoom, trained teachers, offered trial online lessons and virtual recitals, and kept about 90% of their students while teachers retooled their instructional approach. At the same time they switched to Nutshell CRM, automating pipelines and reclaiming roughly 50% of staff time, gaining better reporting and onboarding support so the team could focus on relationships and plan expanded online offerings.
