Through a collaborative implementation with Nutrislice, the college launched digital menus and an ordering system in under two months. The solution allowed students and staff to pre-order, pay, and view nutritional information via a mobile app. This partnership generated significant results: online orders quickly accounted for 20% of all food orders and drove $140,000 in revenue, which represented 13% of total revenue for the outlets.
