Youth UpRising, a nonprofit youth center serving young people in East Oakland, needed a robust online system to replace paper-based processes and centralize forms, documents, approvals, tracking, and updates across programs. The organization turned to Nutrient Workflow to support its multiple service areas, including health and wellness, career and education, and finance.

Nutrient implemented Nutrient Workflow as a one-stop workflow management platform, helping Youth UpRising organize processes and documents in one place and giving staff, case managers, and clients easier access to needed workflows. The solution has already streamlined approvals and reduced paper tasks, with three workflows built so far and more in progress; while no formal metrics were reported, Youth UpRising said Nutrient Workflow has significantly improved structure and made operations more efficient and technologically advanced.
