U.S. Pipe Streamlines CapEx, Offboarding, More

United States Pipe and Foundry Company, founded in 1899 and the largest domestic producer of ductile iron pipe, serves the water and wastewater industry with a broad range of products. Faced with an unwieldy, manual capital expenditure requisition process and the challenge of managing consistent, scalable processes and safety reporting across multiple locations, U.S. Pipe sought a solution that could be deployed and managed with internal resources.

In July 2013 they implemented Integrify, chosen for its ease of use and strong support, to automate their CapEx workflow and expand into IT, HR, Supply Chain and Safety. Integrify enabled intranet-based safety incident reporting, automated routing and notifications, standardized processes across sites (including offboarding), and improved cross-functional communication — delivering greater efficiency, visibility and scalability for future workflows.
