SharePoint Gurus worked with Hansen Yuncken, Australia’s largest privately held construction company, to modernize a fragmented, paper-heavy workflow environment. SharePoint Gurus and Nutrient implemented PDF “snapshots” of InfoPath forms at each sign-off stage, creating a clear history of changes and approvals across project workspaces. The solution improved consistency, reduced manual re-keying, strengthened audit trails, and gave management faster access to centralized information instead of waiting weeks for updates. The result was a major cultural shift away from paper and local spreadsheets, with the HYway project continuing to add value across the organization.
