Lewis Management Corp, a privately owned business focused on land acquisition, development, planned communities, and property management, was struggling to track time-sensitive, paper-driven accounting and intranet form processes. Before using Nutrient Workflow, requests were manually routed with little visibility, making it hard to ensure forms were complete, assign approvers, or prevent items from being lost or overlooked.

Lewis Management Corp implemented Nutrient Workflow with help from Nutrient’s Customer Success and Services teams to automate vendor onboarding and preliminary notice requests, integrate with its JDE accounting system, and improve task routing and reporting. The results were strong: the company gained much better visibility into request status, and outstanding approvals dropped from about 300 to fewer than 30 by early 2022, while workflows became more efficient and widely used.
