How Formpipe Uses PSPDFKit to Power Its Meetings Plus App

Formpipe, an international ECM software company based in Stockholm, needed a secure way to distribute meeting documents while meeting Sweden’s public-access rules. For its Meetings Plus app, the company needed a PDF viewer that could separate public and private information, support mobile access for politicians, and prevent confidential material from being exposed to the public.

Using Nutrient’s SDK, Formpipe added PDF viewing, annotations, instant search, sharing, collaboration, and digital signatures to Meetings Plus. Nutrient helped Formpipe launch ahead of schedule, and the app is now used by about 50 municipalities in Sweden, handling large agendas with up to 150 items and 1 to 10 attachments each, while improving speed, efficiency, and document security.
