How Chandler Concrete Uses PSPDFKit to Optimize and Digitize Its Employees' Document Workflow in the Field

Chandler Concrete, a family-owned ready-mix concrete company with more than 40 locations, needed to replace a slow, paper-based field ticket process that required drivers to carry forms, collect signatures, return paperwork to the office, and wait for billing to process it. To modernize its workflow, Chandler Concrete turned to Nutrient and its Android SDK to digitize document handling in the field.

Using Nutrient’s Viewer, Annotations, and Forms components, Chandler Concrete built the ChandlerDispatch app to prefill PDF tickets, let drivers add notes, capture customer signatures, and save and share completed documents digitally. The result was the elimination of physical paperwork, lower costs and waste, and real-time access to signed tickets for customers and internal teams, replacing a process that previously took days with instant document availability.
