HealthStream, Inc., a Nashville-based provider of Internet training and education solutions for the healthcare industry (serving more than 1,200 organizations), was struggling with slow, error-prone pricing-request and other internal approval processes as it scaled. The sales team’s custom pricing requests were submitted via email, often took up to two weeks to turn around, and risked getting lost, while IT leaders wanted a flexible, low-cost solution without large upfront investments.

HealthStream adopted Integrify OnDemand — a web-based, flexible workflow tool — to automate forms, routing and tracking; Integrify provided a branded site, training and data import. Within months the company centralized pricing requests (20 users), rolled out eight processes, involved partners for lead entry, and cut pricing turnaround from about two weeks to three days, improving accountability, speeding sales responses and delivering a rapid return on investment.
