Exacto, founded in 1981, develops adjuvants and irrigation/pesticide technologies for agriculture and operates in a highly regulated industry. The company needed better organization, accountability and compliance across sales, technical, marketing, research and operations after finding its ERP’s workflow capabilities insufficient, so it sought a solution to move internal and external requests through processes more quickly while documenting each step.

Exacto implemented Integrify Cloud to automate requests and workflows end-to-end; today all 55 employees use the system to handle 29 request types and more than 225 requests per month. The web-based solution delivered real-time tracking, easy reporting, a company-wide knowledge base, improved customer service and accountability, reliable remote access, strong vendor support, and plans are underway to link Integrify directly with Exacto’s ERP.
