ERC Innovates Internal Operations with Integrify

ERC, founded in 1988 and now employing over 1,000 people, provides military and space R&D and services to customers including NASA and the Department of Defense. As the company grew, routing PDF/Word forms by email became unmanageable—processes lacked visibility, forms were often outdated or incomplete, and there was no way to track bottlenecks or ensure data accuracy without ERP integration and more flexible, rules-based workflows.

ERC implemented Integrify, a low-code platform that enabled custom, data-driven forms, ERP-linked selectors and pre-populated employee data, and secure, rules-based approvals. The rollout was well received, replacing many paper and manual HR and frontline processes (open enrollment, tuition reimbursement, terminations, IT requests, etc.), cutting processing time and rework, improving data accuracy and historical visibility, and proving scalable enough for broader, trigger-based automation and expanded concurrent licensing.
