Enhancing Sony’s digital storefront workflow efficiency

Sony Network Entertainment’s Content Operations team needed a better way to keep its digital storefront current and to measure and manage the work behind it. The group struggled with paper-based, opaque processes and lacked metrics, reporting and throughput visibility; their requirements were for a request-management system with robust reporting, workflow customization and hands‑on vendor support. They selected Integrify Cloud and began building workflows in early 2012.

Integrify provided a business-user friendly, cloud-hosted workflow and reporting platform (hosted on EC2) that the team could configure without heavy IT involvement. The deployment produced immediate transparency and control—about 15 processes now support 100+ users in LA and London, managers can track work in real time, teams export reports and prioritize requests with an algorithm, and the project delivered significant efficiency gains (Integrify cites >30% direct workflow cost reduction, halved cycle times and ROI in under three months). The team reports a “colossal improvement” and is planning broader adoption across other groups.
