Biologics Uses Integrify to Automate Accreditation and Product Development

Biologics, Inc., an oncology pharmacy services company based in Cary, NC, needed a cost‑effective, highly customizable workflow management tool to support its accreditation program and operational workflows. Tony Lombard, VP of Strategic Informatics, selected Integrify for its graphical workflow builder, HTML forms and robust APIs that let non‑technical staff create workflows and integrate data with other systems.

Using Integrify, Biologics built patient specialty case management systems with custom forms, validation rules and widgets, and created complex cross‑company workflows with near‑real‑time data sharing. The automated accreditation system captured compliance data and allowed nurses to track key metrics; Integrify also supported a February 2015 drug launch that has served nearly 14,000 patients. The deployment includes a workflow with more than 200 rules and forms pulling 300+ fields from a central warehouse, and Lombard reports strong satisfaction after nearly two years of use.
