Acklands‑Grainger (AGI) is Canada’s largest MRO distributor—founded in 1889, headquartered in Richmond Hill with more than 160 branches, ~2,000 employees and over 70,000 customers. The IT department had outgrown an email‑and‑public‑folder request process and needed a manageable, traceable system with electronic approvals, real‑time workflow tracking and recordkeeping to support Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.

AGI implemented Integrify’s web‑based Enterprise Request Management solution to consolidate forms, automate routing and approvals, and create a complete audit trail. More than 200 users now handle eight request types (about 150 requests/month), gaining visible progress tracking, faster fulfillment, improved service levels and simpler SOX auditing—delivering tangible efficiency and compliance benefits.
