NeoSystems is an award-winning, tech-enabled professional services firm that provides strategic back office services to government contractors, non-profits, and other regulated organizations. As its client base grew, NeoSystems relied on email to route sensitive financial and HR documents—an approach that became inefficient, error-prone and insecure. The company needed a workflow system that could secure proprietary data, streamline approvals across internal teams and clients, and scale with its managed-service offerings.

NeoSystems implemented Integrify, a web-based workflow platform hosted in its private cloud, to automate requests for payroll, invoicing, HR, onboarding and more. The system centralized forms, routing and tracking, added plug-ins like Local File Copy, and eliminated email-based handoffs. Results included invoice approval shrinking from a 15-day cycle to under a day, roughly 7,000 requests processed in year one and rapidly growing usage (about 500 active users and nearly 200 employee users), plus more than 10 hours/month saved in IT work, improved DSO, stronger security and faster client onboarding.
