4-H Automates and Streamlines the Curriculum Peer Review Process

The National 4-H Council, the nation’s largest youth development organization serving six million young people, needed to modernize its national curriculum peer review system. The existing process relied on mailing publications, manual transcription of edits, and unclear roles, which made reviews slow and cumbersome; 4-H selected Integrify to automate and streamline the workflow.

Integrify’s team built a purpose-built automated workflow, helped redefine roles and best practices, and supported rollout with webinars, training and a web-based reviewer qualification course. The new system cut review cycles from 6–9 months to 2–3 weeks, doubled the amount of content published each year, and significantly reduced internal workload while speeding delivery of materials to youth.
