Puffin brings Roma’s story to life with Nutmeg Productions and a £50,000 prize

Nutmeg Productions was engaged by Puffin, a UK children's publisher, to support its Dream Big campaign. The challenge was to bring a child's winning storyboard entry to life as a fully animated film, celebrating children's imagination and ambition as part of a wider competition.

The solution involved Nutmeg Productions faithfully animating the winner's five key storyboard frames into a complete short film, adding only minor playful touches. The resulting animation was shown in UK cinemas ahead of main features and was distributed across Puffin's social channels and website as a central part of the campaign.
