Redeemer Lutheran College, a K–12 school on Brisbane’s southern outskirts, needed to replace an ageing three‑tier infrastructure that threatened lesson delivery and strained a five‑person IT team. With a BYOD policy and an online hub (My Redeemer) powering teaching and admin systems, the school sought a more adaptable, cost‑effective platform to eliminate outages and better support students and staff.

Working with ASI Solutions the college migrated core systems (Schoolbox LMS, Synergetic, databases, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS and CCTV) to a Nutanix HCI using Nutanix Cloud Platform, AHV and Prism. The move cut total cost of ownership and licensing, reduced IT management overhead by about 60%, eliminated downtime, scaled to support full remote learning during COVID‑19, and raised satisfaction among students, teachers and parents.
