Tranglo, a Kuala Lumpur-based cross-border payments and settlements hub, needed a more flexible infrastructure as transaction volumes surged and its public cloud costs kept rising 10–20% every six months. The company wanted the simplicity and scalability of the cloud, but with stronger enterprise security and lower cost, so it turned to Nutanix and the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform.

Nutanix implemented a platform using Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS, AHV, and Prism, and Tranglo migrated its B2B workloads and later other applications onto the new environment. The result was 50% lower IT cost versus public cloud over three years, 100% higher performance, and the ability to process 3 times more transactions while scaling by simply adding nodes; Tranglo has also migrated 70% of its workloads and improved IT management, availability, and disaster recovery readiness with Nutanix.
