Fundación Pública Andaluza Progreso y Salud is a 400‑employee public foundation in Andalusia that promotes health R&D and professional training. Facing rapid growth, limited capacity and the need to integrate heterogeneous systems, the foundation sought a more efficient, sustainable IT infrastructure to reduce team workloads and speed deployment of new services.

Working with partner IaaS365, the foundation implemented Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (AOS, AHV, Nutanix Pulse) on Lenovo nodes, with the new environment live in three months. The project cut IT management time by roughly 50%, freeing staff for strategic work, delivered electricity cost savings of 16–41% in 2023 alongside improved sustainability, and provided higher‑quality, local support while paving the way for future disaster‑recovery planning.
