San Francisco District Attorney’s Office Leverages Nutanix in Digital Transformation

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office needed to refresh an aging HPE server environment ahead of a move to a more modern facility, while improving infrastructure efficiency, manageability, and support for a growing digital workload. It evaluated several hyperconverged options and chose Nutanix Enterprise Cloud, including AHV and Prism, to support its legal, office productivity, and data services.

Nutanix deployed software on HPE ProLiant hardware and helped the office consolidate workloads, reduce complexity, and modernize operations. The result was a 50% reduction in infrastructure management time, lower data center footprint, improved security and compliance, and the ability for staff to focus on strategic projects like a new case management system; Nutanix also helped the office avoid VMware licensing costs.
