ROFA Group Transforms its IT Into a Private Cloud with Nutanix

ROFA Group, a global manufacturing and automation company with about 1,400 employees across 14 locations, faced growing IT demands from digitalization, a SAN nearing end-of-life, capacity limits, and stricter availability and security requirements from regulated customers. The IT team needed a simpler, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support virtualized applications, distributed file services, and future growth.

With IF-Tech, ROFA deployed the Nutanix Cloud Platform (Acropolis, AHV, Prism, Files, and Nutanix Mine with Veeam), building two Nutanix clusters and migrating VMs with no downtime. The HCI solution centralized and replaced branch file servers, improved monitoring and security, delivered high availability and easy scale‑out, reduced operational complexity and expected TCO, and has been extended to additional sites with offsite backup planning underway.
