Nutanix Provides Mandiri Inhealth an Enterprise Cloud that Supports Business Expansion and Future Growth

Mandiri Inhealth, an Indonesia-based healthcare insurance provider expanding into multiple cities and serving thousands of customers, faced an aging server environment that lacked the performance, reliability, and scalability needed to support growth and multi-branch operations. The company sought a more manageable, futureproofed datacenter solution that could deliver consistent uptime—even during upgrades—and assist with complex multi-branch configurations.

In late 2017 Mandiri Inhealth deployed Nutanix Enterprise Cloud (multi-node Nutanix 3000 series with AHV), with a fast, month‑long implementation supported by on-site Nutanix engineers. The new platform delivered significantly higher system performance and reliability, simplified management and maintenance, and easy scale-up/scale-out capacity for continued expansion; Mandiri Inhealth has migrated critical services to Nutanix and is repurposing legacy systems.
