Nutanix helps Artajasa solidify its market leadership in Indonesia

PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis is Indonesia’s market-leading electronic transactions provider, handling millions of daily payments across ATM switching, e‑commerce gateways, mobile and internet banking, bill payments, real‑time transfers and QRIS. Faced with an outdated VMware environment that was slow, complex to maintain and limiting innovation—at a time when nearly half the population remains unbanked—Artajasa needed a more agile, resilient platform to scale services and accelerate time to market.

Artajasa migrated to the Nutanix Cloud Platform with AHV and Nutanix Database Service, moving about 90% of its applications onto the new private cloud. The result: database provisioning cut from days to ~30 minutes, applications running twice as fast with >99.95% availability, much faster product launches, and simplified operations that reduced TCO by ~60% and saved roughly 75% of person‑hours.
