Jeffcom, a 911 emergency services provider, needed a more reliable and efficient infrastructure to support nonstop, life-critical dispatch operations. Working with Nutanix and technology partner eGroup, the team wanted to reduce administrative burden, improve performance, and gain the flexibility to support new emergency services applications.
Nutanix implemented an HCI-based Nutanix Cloud Platform that gave Jeffcom a single, consistent way to manage and troubleshoot systems. The result was less time spent on routine IT tasks, faster provisioning of servers in minutes, and more agility for testing next-generation communications tools. Jeffcom also reported highly available support from Nutanix, helping sustain 24x7x365 operations that directly support public safety.
