Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG) is a Poland-based transport and logistics company that coordinates container movements, seafarer contracts and office rentals. With data-driven operations and a five-person IT team, MAG was running up against legacy infrastructure limits in performance, capacity and 24/7 availability—putting timely access to logistics data (across time zones) and service reliability at risk.

MAG implemented Nutanix HCI (AOS and Prism) with partner Monolit, migrating SQL and other workloads to a three-node cluster and training staff for easy management and scale. The change doubled application performance, cut backups from 16 hours to 2, reduced SQL report generation from two hours to about 10 minutes (~92%), boosted employee productivity by up to 15%, and freed IT time to focus on innovation while delivering always-on, higher-availability services.
