MoDEE Jordan Uses Nutanix to Enable Secure, High-Performance Email Services for Over 53,000 Government Employees

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) needed a more reliable, high-performance email platform to support 53,000+ government employees and remote collaboration. Its existing Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment on physical servers and virtual infrastructure was difficult to scale, time-consuming to manage, and mailbox recovery could take four to ten hours, creating major availability concerns.

MoDEE migrated its Microsoft Exchange services to Nutanix, using Nutanix infrastructure to simplify administration, improve scalability, and strengthen performance and security. The result was a stable, faster environment where 1,000 mailboxes could be migrated in under 3 hours, management became centralized through Nutanix Prism, and the Ministry reported improved productivity and easier delivery of mission-critical government email services.
