Max Healthcare, one of India’s leading healthcare providers, was struggling with a legacy IT infrastructure that caused slow database replication, delayed access to inpatient data, and concerns about outages across its 14 hospitals. The organization also needed to expand telemedicine capabilities during COVID-19 and improve the scalability and manageability of critical patient systems. Nutanix was selected to help address these challenges.

Nutanix migrated Max Healthcare’s hospital workloads to the Nutanix Cloud Platform using Nutanix AHV and Prism Pro, with support from partner Sify Technologies. The result was real-time patient data availability, stronger telehealth support, and more resilient operations. Nutanix also helped reduce IT management time by 60–70%, improve backup speeds by about 40%, and cut IT power usage by 80%, while eliminating outage risk for critical applications.
