LWCC, a Louisiana workers’ compensation provider, needed a more reliable and secure way to deliver services to internal users, agents, policyholders, injured workers, and partners. After evaluating several options, LWCC chose Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure to consolidate its separate platforms and better support availability, hybrid work, and cybersecurity requirements.

Nutanix implemented three segmented clusters and used Nutanix Move to migrate workloads smoothly at the block level, with seamless IP re-addressing. LWCC also deployed Nutanix DRaaS for one-click failover and non-disruptive testing, shifting its disaster recovery plan to a cloud-based model. The result was improved redundancy, simplified business continuity, and consistent service delivery across its critical systems.
