JP Gradsko Stambeno, a public company that maintains more than 13,600 buildings in Serbia, needed to speed up citizen services and relieve performance issues caused by aging IT infrastructure. With Nutanix, JP Gradsko Stambeno saw faster operations across its applications and support processes. Call center staff can now handle more requests with the same resources, average call handling reached three minutes, and one document-archiving job dropped from 20 minutes to 1.5 minutes. Nutanix also made IT management about 10 times easier, improved storage efficiency through deduplication, and enabled quicker provisioning for test and development environments.
