How-to videos and case studies online that helped speed PCCW Global’s journey to cloud computing

PCCW Global, a global telecom provider, needed a faster way to move from traditional infrastructure to cloud computing and build a private cloud platform. The company used Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure and related services, guided in part by Nutanix how-to videos, case studies, and online community support.

With Nutanix, PCCW Global expanded from an initial pilot to seven clusters across Belgium, the UK, and the U.S., supporting nearly 1,000 virtual machines with cross-continent replication. Nutanix helped PCCW Global convert 85% to 90% of its data centers to its platform, accelerating the company’s internal IT transformation and enabling plans for better security, containers, and virtual desktops for remote workers.
