Halmstad Energi och Miljö chooses Nutanix AHV Virtualization to control all the company's virtualized servers in a cost-effective and time-saving way

Halmstad Energi och Miljö, a critical infrastructure energy company in Sweden, was managing about 100 virtualized servers for 300 employees and facing high licensing costs, limited IT capacity, and the need to separate technically from the municipality. To improve control and reduce expenses, the company chose Nutanix AHV Virtualization and Nutanix Move, with the goal of simplifying operations and modernizing its server environment.

Nutanix implemented AHV Virtualization and used Nutanix Move to migrate all virtual servers to the new platform. The result was much easier day-to-day management with little training and fewer man-hours, plus simpler on-call support purchases without major upskilling.
