FNCB Bank Launches next-generation banking services on an ultra-flexible hyperconverged infrastructure

FNCB Bank, an independent community bank, needed to replace aging legacy IT infrastructure that was slowing its ability to launch new digital banking services. With a lean four-person IT team, the bank also wanted a platform that would reduce administration, support a new VDI environment, and enable faster innovation. FNCB Bank chose Nutanix Cloud Platform with AHV hypervisor, delivered on Lenovo ThinkAgile HX appliances.

Nutanix helped FNCB Bank deploy a high-availability hyperconverged infrastructure, migrate applications with Nutanix Move, and support mission-critical workloads and Citrix XenDesktop VDI. The new platform went live a week ahead of schedule, handled up to 200 remote employees during the pandemic without issues, and saved the IT team about 17 hours per month on systems maintenance.
