Dokripmun Sets the Trend for Korea’s Fashion Industry with Nutanix Enterprise Cloud

Dokripmun, Korea’s long-running fashion retailer, was challenged by aging, siloed legacy infrastructure that was hard to manage, slow to upgrade, and unable to keep up with surging traffic, online sales demands, and new digital technologies. The company turned to Nutanix and its enterprise cloud stack, including Nutanix HCI, to modernize its datacenter and support its retail and ecommerce operations.

With Nutanix, Dokripmun and partner Shinsegae I&C built a private cloud and migrated physical servers, Unix systems, ERP, and legacy NAS to a virtualized Nutanix environment. The results included 2x faster failover, 60% better infrastructure management, 40% lower TCO, 3x faster ERP performance, and 5x faster NAS performance, while freeing IT to focus on strategic initiatives.
