The move cut data center footprint and costs, reduced downtime, delivered major performance gains, and made troubleshooting much easier. Egency now runs about 200 VMs across 25 customers, can scale quickly, is investing in Nutanix ECA training and VDI exploration, and has improved staff work/life balance.
