Nuro Marketing built a Progressive Web App (PWA) and an AI-powered booking agent deployed via WhatsApp. This mobile-first solution allowed pet owners to check rates, view real-time availability, and book services instantly. The outcome was a dramatic reduction in staff phone intake time to near zero, with owners able to complete bookings in under 90 seconds. The project also achieved a high mobile performance score and established Fit & Go Pets as a design partner for Nuro Marketing's kennel management SaaS vertical.
