TOMS, the global footwear and lifestyle brand, needed to modernize its wholesale B2B ordering to give retailers real-time inventory access and speed up ordering while integrating smoothly with its SAP AFS ERP. After evaluating options, TOMS selected NuORDER’s B2B ecommerce platform to provide a mobile, branded buying experience with two-way, near-real-time sync of product, inventory and orders.

NuORDER implemented an integrated online ordering system that connected directly to SAP AFS, enabling customers to self-serve and reps to work more efficiently. The results: average customer revenue in EMEA rose 65% and pairs sold rose 63% year-over-year (Q2 2017 vs Q2 2016), 50% of orders are now customer-generated, and order creation time and costly order changes have been significantly reduced — improvements TOMS is now rolling out beyond EMEA with NuORDER.
