Sunshades Eyewear, Australia’s largest locally owned eyewear company, needed a better way to boost buyer engagement and increase wholesale revenue after moving away from a competing platform and Excel spreadsheets. Using NuORDER as their B2B portal, they wanted buyers to feel confident submitting orders on their own and to make it easier for reps and merchants to access product and marketing information.
NuORDER helped Sunshades Eyewear launch buyer education efforts and targeted NuORDER Campaigns with limited-time discounts, curated product emails, and marketplace outreach. The results included over 100 buyer-generated orders from a two-week promotion, a 29% year-over-year increase in buyer-submitted orders, 174 year-to-date orders from bulk email campaigns, new wholesale customers, and higher wholesale revenue.
