HESTRA, a global B2B wholesaler of gloves, needed to move off pen-and-paper ordering and give retailers and sales reps a fast, intuitive online B2B shopping experience that integrated with their NetSuite ERP. Facing seasonal selling constraints and limited trade-show access, HESTRA selected the NuORDER B2B platform (with NetSuite integration and mobile apps) to digitize catalogs, enable 24/7 ordering, and provide merchandised presentations for reps.
NuORDER implemented a full NetSuite-integrated solution with digital catalogs, barcode scanning, mobile apps and advanced reporting, eliminating manual order entry and speeding reps’ workflows. The results include a 15% increase in reorders, a 20% lift in prebook sales, more than $3.4M in orders in under a year, a 30–40% increase in SKUs ordered (driving ~50% sales growth), and a 30% reduction in meeting times, while easing customer-service workload.
