Vantage West Credit Union, a $2.6B Arizona credit union, faced a growing need to modernize business lending: lengthy, paper-based workflows with seven to nine employee touchpoints, week-long approval times, and limited branch enablement. To address member demand for digital, omnichannel lending and to scale without proportional staffing increases, Vantage West selected Numerated and its business lending platform to accelerate growth and improve the member and lender experience.
Numerated’s platform delivered an intuitive, automated application and decisioning workflow that enabled non‑credit staff to originate loans, provided omnichannel self-service, and gave transparent end-to-end workflow visibility. As a result of the Numerated implementation, Vantage West saw 3.75x growth in business banking enablement, elimination of the 7–9 employee touchpoints, a 700% reduction in time to loan approval (now able to close loans same day), and trained staff growing from 4 to 57, freeing lenders to focus on relationship building.
