PropertyGuru How We've Levelled Up Our Client Service With Data Storytelling

PropertyGuru, South East Asia’s leading property portal, was struggling to serve 300+ developers and agents with highly targeted campaigns because reporting was manual, fragmented and time-consuming. The Client Servicing team used PPTX/Excel/PDF and pulled data from multiple platforms to create static, hard-to-interpret reports; generating one post-campaign report took about 1.5 hours. To address this, PropertyGuru adopted Nugit’s Data Storytelling Platform to automate and standardise reporting.

Nugit connected to PropertyGuru’s data sources, cleaned and harmonised the data, and delivered customisable, visual data stories that can be scheduled and shared as URLs, slides or live views. The automation cut report time to under 30 minutes each (example: 280 reports/month now take under 140 hours), freed the team to focus on campaign strategy and optimisation, and produced visually richer, client‑specific reports with positive customer feedback. Nugit also provided onboarding, ongoing support and template collaboration to ensure fast adoption and continued improvement.
