Johnson & Johnson, the pharmaceutical company behind consumer brands like Johnson’s Baby and Neutrogena, faced fragmented, manual analytics across multiple markets: local teams relied on one‑off Excel reports and waited weeks for consolidated regional performance, making timely insights and optimisation difficult. To address this, they partnered with Nugit and implemented the Nugit Data Storytelling Platform to standardise, organise and visualise digital and sales data across markets.
Nugit consolidated data for 17 brand teams across 10 territories, delivered reusable story templates (Media Scorecard, Campaign Performance, Weekly Activity Snapshot), and automated data collation and narrative generation so teams could move from weekly or monthly reporting to near real‑time analysis. The Nugit solution created a single source of truth, streamlined reporting (including PowerPoint exports) and uncovered more than $15 million in digital media opportunities, with the organisation now expanding the rollout globally.
